Hi, I am a bit stressed up..I don't know why this happened coming from a office colleague mam who is 5 years senior to me. I was deliverying a presentation to our business newcomers in our team but one of my colleague who is 5 years senior than me started cross questioning me massively in and out on the topic.. even though the business newcomers did not had any problem .. My manager told me that she was there to help ne but on the other hand shw was there pulling me down in front of everyone.. I somehow managed the whole presentation. but I am deeply disappointed on this incident.. I too am a new joiner with 6 months only in the organization and this activity coming from my own colleague who is senior and was there to support me.. makes no sense to me.. I never had done any wrong behavior with her.. or anything then why was she trying to put me down that too like this.. I feel really anxious after this.. ..

I believe you handled everything like a champ in your presentation.. you know sometimes things gets worst and out of our control that's the same thing happened with you in your meeting.. you can't control everything or anyone's mind and you can't check what others have in their mind for you.. what you can change is yourself. fill yourselves with knowledge...knowledge is the only key to get success.. whatever process or job you are in, master that, just master the skill.. there is no junior or senior with how much time you have spent in a company, it's all about the skill mastery and the way of think differently... just work on that and stay focused.. do not get depressed or anxious because of anyone.. these type of people come and go but you have to stay focused on your goal and reach where you want to be... just take 2-3 deep breaths before any presentation like this and kill everyone's in the room with a thundered presentation dear ..please let me know if anything comes up
