hi there,I've been dealing with Anxiety for almost 10 years now and I would like to advice you something which I always hear from my therapist.
what's the advice?
So anxiety is a part of us which can never go it's gonna go along with you until your last breath and it's like a toddler who want more and more of your attention and the it's kinda hard at first but try your best ignoring it and try distracting yourself with you hobbies.
try listening to podcasts on spotify.It really helped me too
If its been a month, then you might need treatment.
