See...truth is bitter for everyone and some people is not able to take things directly...and its not their fault..they are just built like that...so what we need to do is present the truth in a subtle way or maybe comforting way... everyone has got different opinions and way of thinking so you cannot hit everyone with the same tone...you need to present your views in such a way that they do not look stinging but in the same time your thoughts get conveyed...
