If you approach in a decent manner then no harm will come your way. But you also need to stop pursuing a woman when she says no

thats the thing but i come from a small town and one thing more whenever i try to start a thing whether its approaching women or texting them a negative thought comes to my mind this will happen that will happen, and even when a small incident happens which may be not that much harmful ,it just tries to come to my mind again and again and it hampers my studies what to do for that?

Is pursuing a woman more important than your studies? I understand that people in small towns are generally narrow minded and relationships can be stigmatized.. Maybe you're thinking too much... if the girl agrees to talk to you, there's no harm in contacting her. But if you're afraid that people may find out and threaten you or beat you up, I wouldn't say it's worth the risk. Choice is yours. You need to analyse and act accordingly

literally no girl would do this unless you do something wrong... know your limits and follow proper consent and you should be fine
