i think you should have a serious talk with him face to face and tell what you feel about the relationship.Having a serious talk with each other is really necessary for a relationship.

And even if after you talk if there is no change and it still affects you mentally/emotionaly then it's time for you to think whether this relationship is worth it or not

you need to talk with him clearly on few things.. if there any misunderstandings that needs to be cleared from both the sides.. one small thing you can try is avoiding any physical intimacy for some time..and see how he behaves.. if someone is in relationship just for the physical touch..its better to leave that person as soon as possible..because he might leave u at any time once he get better alternative of you. live your life with someone who truly loves u.

I have tried speaking to him multiple times, he just ignored my feelings and says he has soo much going on right now, can't spend time, but when his friends or colleagues call, he is always ready.

Try talking with him for one last time show it that this conversation is even more serious than the serious talks u have had with eachother (bcs the more u talk abt the issue the other person might start thinking about it more seriously) If even after that if there's no use i think you should leave him. I think he takes me for granted, last time something like this happened, I didnot speak to him, we kept our distance for 3-4 days, he said sorry, I did you wrong, met me, enjoyed himself and then went away, and then continues the same behaviour.
