sometimes i feel like that but everything will be okay , just take a rest and do something you love

When I'm going through a hard period and can't get out of it, sometimes I grab a notebook and write down everything that's on my head, everything I think, all my fears, literally everything, and then I rest a little and go back to read it again. This sometimes makes me look at things from the other side or I can understand the problem and how I can fix it, you can try this, really helpful

@me_fy05 yes, writing helps a lot..i write in my phone(notes). I feel lighter
