I think our generation has seen a major impact that has been brought about by social media. Life was much better before. Social media sets unrealistic expectations and we often compare ourselves to others and forget to count our blessings. I strongly feel adolescents would notice a significant improvement in mood and energy levels once they start reducing screen times
