try these things....1. go for dim lights in evening 2. 1 hour before sleeping don't see any kind of screen and replace that with any book reading or anything u like ... light music is helpful too... 3. taki g a bath before sleeping is also good.. 4. massage the lower part of your feet with oil before sleeping .... and try to wake up at a fix time in morning it helps... u could try these
and a walk after dinner or evening is also helpful
do work out or gym will get a better sleep
try exercise daily and bath with cold water before sleep.
