okay I have been through something similar and I guess talking it out is the best option, look family has vast impacts on people like us (tho idk you) but I think sometimes you should trust the process and let it all out. there's more I want to share tho

actually when you feel like nobody is understanding your points especially your family then you should look for a different outlet rather than sharing to people when you find a source where you can let out all your feelings you will soon realized that you can slowly make other understand your point without being constantly question
