it's normal to see nigtmare....don't worry there may be some thoughts which bothering u else there may be uncomfortable sleeping environment.....no need to worry...u can fix that
Talking about being scared....do u have a history of panic or anxiety attacks?
I know I've experienced anxiety.. never an attacks
it's okay....then don't worry....u will be okay in some minutes...if it would have been attack then also it would have been okay but there were some things to do...but in ur case....don't worry....take a deep breath and rest

yeah.... it can worsen but for short term.... if u r not comfortable then try writing them in a dairy.... maintain it regularly and also try activities which helps u too relieve stress.
