try to read bit by bit like today i need to complete this try to complete it step by step increase i think ur concentration will improve. see if u can study with music or keep away all distractions. try all methods like going to a library or study in a open space or wake up early in the morning and read like when no one is awake in ur house (if u r living with ur parents or roomate). do some meditation eat healthy food like some badams or so (3-4 daily).Reduce the usage of phones/electronics(*important*).
