dont force the feeling. learn to accept the way you're feeling and let the emotion develop naturally. you dont have to force yourself to feel things. if you're feeling numb, you first need to understand the reason why and what's making you feel numb. then accept that feeling . your heart and mind might be disconnected from eachother right now. develop that connection and you'll feel sensitivity towards things and that might make you feel emotions
