I am also feeling the same. May be due to so many random thoughts in your mind.
when you change the way u see things, things will change. it's all in our mindset buddy. try writing a journal or something it will help you reconnect to yourself. concentrate more on urself, your health and pamper yourself. it will help. also trust the process.when you face challenges we need to think of alternative ways of how to come out and better ourselves.. hope this helps
