u can't just thinking positive it should come frm within u no one can make u postive...it should be inside u..

see what I do when I'm low! i do things that I like.. like watching movies, songs and talking walk so you can do things that u make happy so that you will be happy and positive. and avoid thing or people who makes you feel bad. i hope this helps you and have a good day though it's tough for you 😊
