I've heard distraction helps but idk how much that's true. I've tried using distractions but my mind sometimes allow me to be distracted and it feels better after sometime but most of the time it's the opposite. Maybe that's MY nature. It might help you. MIGHT. You can try hearing songs if you like to hear it. Or you may stream animes and shows or you can read novels. You can talk to someone if you like?? Might help. Just try maybe??
