hey you have religious OCD don't worry .!! your thoughts are generated by your brain neurons ! not by you !! take vitamin b 12 foods, supplements and connect to nature heal yourself.dont be judgemental about your thoughts. thoughts are just thoughts.!! they generate frequently again again same scenario same mental images same verbal abuses same disturbing things. don't worry it will fade away. just relax and focus on self love and self care.
