I have been feeling really low like I literally dont have the energy to do anything or argue if someone says something that hurts me I lost someone close to me recently and it's just so hard to overcome the grief I already have a lot of work stress and sometimes I feel so blank and people end up being the victim of my mood swings which makes me feel bad even though I try hard to balance everything and make sure that everyone is happy but it's just getting toxic
