I lost my career my job everything..I also started faking alcohol and many kind of narcotics drugs to forget my girl friend.i gradually forgetting everything except my ex.those thoughts come in front of me everything every mint and every second from last 3 yrs

please don't consume alcohol or drugs. concentrate on building back your career and spend quality time with family. you will be just fine..advice from a person who has been in the same situation but I have never broken my career or never consumed drugs or alcohol

please try to speak to your family with open minded approach . they might be sad because of the bad things that happened to you. they too might be really worried and depressed
