people say to keep urself busy that u get less attentive about what's happening inside your body....sometimes when u feel anxious....try to take a walk covering ur face and listening to music...when it's a panic attack..try breathing techniques and try to vent out ur feeling...talk with someone....I'm here if u want to vent some of ur feeling any timr

Thank for the advice. For some time I have experienced insomnia, reason being that adverse thinking has taken a huge toll on me. how do I change this because I don't want to reach depression stage.What do I do to reduce these frequent insomnia.
