yh, I had certain goals for today but i was only able complete half of it... I feel drained out...
that's ok appreciate your self for completing the half task the next day you can complete the full
appreciation can help release dopamine and makes you feel better this little things matter the most

spending my days -by doing nothing..... lazing around, spending my whole time either sleeping or reading books(mostly) , then having a breakdown at night.... etc etc...i knew this back in my mind... but just couldn't bring myself to make efforts...

it's k skylar it happens it happens to me also you don't have to beat up your self in order to be more productive take your own time some time thing takes time to process to get back to place but it doesn't mean the process is nt happening it is u just need to be more patient and trust your self n the process
take baby steps instead of doing things all at once break down the cycle into sub parts and it's completely ok if u can't cover them up in one day appreciate ur self you have atleast achieve something to not having nothing
by books I mean novels - as a escape.... from my own mind and thoughts... if u r feeling what I feel then... just know u will make it till the very end... and one day u'll be happy... i hope u r doing better now! @introvertabhi.

I had flu in June... I'm still recovering... 😬, if I trying making it at home... I'll receive a flying rolling pin along with whole lecture on how my digestive and immunity system works.

that person was my mom's 2nd youngest brother,- my mama (maternal uncle), let's say he was my fav person and I was his,he hated other kids tho... he passed away when I was in k.g - somewhere around six , I don't have any idea how and why?... I had two very specific dreams after he died... ironically I was waiting and was excited for my exams to be over, so that I could visit him... but it didn't go as planned
sad part is.... as I'm growing up... his face and memories are getting blurred.
Memories may fade, but they never go away from mind

If you can make some small changes to the views you see regularly, it will be a relief for you
I agree with it.... in my case when I go out -it gives a chance to my family members to pass some comment... it only spoils my mood further...
