start with self love. invest in yourself, exercise (because it increases happy hormones in your body) and I promise it'll make a difference. and remember; it's never too late to make a change. many people get motivated after the middle age crisis; this is your chance!! I believe in you ❤️

ik what that feels like, it's like not being able to ever top anyone, not speaking up bcoz the other person might think it's very low of you and sometimes overdoing things just to compensate what you lack but in the end it just makes you feel like a loser in every way.

I get frightened to speak with people. but I think there is no need to overthink. things take time to change, I definitely agree with what @turkishangora said like loving yourself, exercise, meditation really helped me.
