I have exams but I'm unable to focus hard on studies and I am wasting my time watching TV because I get distracted. my head feels numb. it's okay...u can try to study notes in ur phone while playing songs and plugging an earphone in ur ear

but I tend to find a motivation something that makes me laugh and cheers me up when im in a happy state I tend to work more efficiently you should try this

Yes.. i used to listen to some interesting stories... when my mind is excited, i pause the story and  i study... it works:)
