Hey, relax. This happens to most of us. Sometimes the situations go out of our hand and we react in an unexpected manner. Firstly, accept that you're a human and forgive yourself. Be kind to yourself. Try to meditate as it will help you relax and will calm you down.

I did. But I am unable to think straight. I switched off my laptop, and everything and logged out of my socials for now. I don't know how I'd react if the anger kicks in again. Because it was devastating what happened earlier. I am just tired of all of this. I thought I past this when I did

take a break from social media. Do not overthink. what has happened can not be changed. And figure out what triggered you. Go for a walk when angry and drink cold water. Resist the urge to retaliate. let the moment pass
