    I know it's really hard but try not to talk to that person. try to keep yourself busy. find yourself a new hobby or maybe any other work. does the other person know about your situation?

    Yes I think so . I never said directly but we kindof flirt a lot and she gives me positive response all the time. Even if she's OK with that I know its wrong. And yeah I did like u said, I stopped talking. it's been hard but I feel peace atleast
