you know nothing is permanent.....so is your situation Sometimes life means being sad and crying.but sometimes it's being happy.so some breathing exercises keep yourself busy,do things you like music,dance,art anything..... spend some time watching subset/sunrise.....try to create a connection with nature you will feel better.....bcz You're still in the process of finding your purpose!You're searching for it yourself and i am damn sure you will discover your purpose soon🌼💫

it varies for what reason and aspect you are told to become better. Becoming better for others can make you unhappy and it’s of no purpose but wanting to improve on a skill can be beneficial , in persuit of becoming better you learn something make mistakes and learn from them ultimately improves your ability, knowledge, skill and makes you stand out. But you should not be hard on yourself to become better at something take one thing at a time time , go easy.
