I haven't moved on from my past relationship. I got a better life ahead of me and it's affecting it. affecting my mental health and physical health too. it's really hard for me but I have decided I want to move on. tell me something that would help me to move on easily

i will say focusing on yourself. for sometime forget about everything all the responsibility, things relationship just do what makes you happy, what's excites you what gives you peace. slowly it'll all start getting better

first delete his/ her all contacts or block it from everywhere. remove all pics or things which relate to him.  second focus more on your next goal or makes some hobbies, be busy. talk to new people. and think that better lie ahead of me and I will get better person than  this ( true it is) .

I think, best way is always make new memories so that old can fade away or subside. be little open to your new friends and make up your mind to accept reality. don't expect that he will come back and u will accept him again. it's just not gonna happen. no one can forget our past. it's just intensity of remembering goes down. if some thought comes, just smile and move to new thought or just ignore the thoght.. it's all mental. and I m pretty sure, there will be many good people coming  in our lives.

You need to clean yourself...from the past. Its hard,BUT until you are done yiu cant go ahead. The best way is to make friends...just friends, who you can talk with about things. And who csn understand you. Slowly you will start healing inside,its slow but worth a try. Otherwise in an empty room, you will always go back to thosr moments  when he left ,what he said and how it broke you. Get out of the trap...fast!
