i was talking to this guy few months back ,he felt so right to me...fell in love but never confessed directly though i somehow gave him hints ..it was from both sides and mutual ,we were equally giving efforts for one another but then he backed off saying he cant commit rn and i understood but now i cant get over him,he is constantly in my mind 24*7 even after 3 months ! what should i do?

hey, the problem is not that you can't forget him, but it could be definitely a result of loneliness.. try involving urself in some hobbies,  activities.. try to make new friends. understand importance of self love... say urself that it doesn't matter who loves you or not because i love you.  time heals everything.. allow urself and him to move on.
