Its really hard to live away from home. Try to talk to your family regularly it'll make you feel a lot better to even share small things happening to you. Do not forget to do activities that calm you such as meditation, journalling etc. I saw some journal activities on pinterest for anxiety You can try to answer some questions like is something around me triggering my anxiety more? or am I worried about my family which is causing anxiety or something like that
