what exactly are these thoughts?

like 'if i get into a relationship it will hamper my studies' if i talk to women it will waste my time' i feel like when it comes to prioritising i am ver bad at it, its like when i get involved in the phone studies are hampered although i study but i give more time in social media

everybody does that now-a-days, if you wish to really find a good relationship it's integral that you perform well in class, you might think woman go after guys who're only into flirting and shit like that but if a guy is focused on himself and does more for himself girls would naturally feel attracted, make goals with regards to studies,career, extracurricular activities and work on achieving them, any girl would naturally find you desirable

sometimes i also feel that if i get into a relationship it will not be successful it will lead into a breakup so it scares me out

Once you finish school or college, girls don't go for popular guys or anything, they go for guys with a career. So focus on your body and your career

how to focus when there are so many distraction?

Start with your body...keep yourself fit, what I suggest is to start doing yoga, because yoga has the power to control your mind, soul, and emotions also it keeps you physically fit, giving you an amazing feeling and confidence

See even if you are scared to be in a relationship how would you know your type or your liking before a breakup... what kind of a person you want to be with...see everyone has flaws..you won't find a person who is without any flaw.... like failure leads to success.... same way a failure in a relationship might teach you something like an important lesson
