your thoughts are not you. you are the one observing them.
it's just out of nowhere like if i show something the those thoughts will come or if i read something then those thoughts will come
I can understand that but don't try to suppress any thought or feeling emerging back in ur mind... instead ask why do u need to feel ashamed of it? talk to open minded people abt it.
i know my thoughts are not me I'm the completely different person then my thoughts but it just disgust me

see you cannot control what thoughts come in your mind and not all thoughts you will have are going to be positive, if you ask yourself why you are having these thoughts? it will put all the blame on you, instead try to ignore these thoughts and not focus on them.

if you ever find yourself trapped with these thoughts, stop whatever you are doing, go to a quiet place, close your eyes and try to focus on your breath.
or better try writing and keeping urself busy.... suppressing them will only make them appear more... and it can get suffocating.
