Hi thr, Hope everybody's doing fine . In short i m really depressed since my fience left me and he blocked me for everywhere. I feel shattered, i m losing focus, strength to fight. I feel like I am a failure in life a tone more at this moment of my life.

In the last two weeks our therapists have answered 211 queries related to mental health.

hey, just keep calm yourself and try to keep ur self busy. this is only matter of time. if he blocks U means he doesn't care about you. so U r in pain bcoz of him. be happy that he was not worthy of U.. do something that makes U happy☺☺
