I agree, because we get too much addicted to Social Media that we don't count important tasks we keep on delaying imp tasks and we never complete which leads to stress and blaming ourselves later for using SM too much and then disappointment, depression, stress, loneliness all follows.

True. Social media sets unrealistic expectations, making us feel how everybody else is living the definition of a so called perfect life. Life was much better before social media took over for the worst. Slowly people are starting to realise this
