when ever I feel like this sleepless problem for continuous time period i would give some kind of phisical exercise to body to relax and to settle down the unfocused energy in my body. this is not an expert opinion but it worked for me.be positive and every will be fine..😊

i didn't mean to exercise at night ,i mean whenever you have freetime.
it doesn't help no matter how tired i am . my exams are coming so I'm really exhausted coz of studies and yet sleep issues .
