you can try talking to more people at ur school / college. start a small convo, ik its hard for an introver but thats the only way u can make friends.

ik it seems extremely difficult to talk to others. but you need to initiate an convo in orderto make friends. text them on insta and then when you fet comfortable talk to them face to face, even they might start a convo if they get to know you after talking online

firstly u need to make urself comfortable around PPL then spend some time with them take small steps and try talking theirs nothing to be stressed about just take 1 step at a tym
