I am happy ki aap sab ke saath cooperate karke kam karna chahte hai apni field mein but just like our fingers everyone is not like you...... everyone is different, sometimes cooperation karne ke liye hamen use person ke standard tak aana padta hai, you have to compromise like a employee or worker, cooprate karna acchi chij hai but other than your father you can't expect anyone to behave like your father... I know your rude sound kar raha hoga.

I absolutely understand ki aise logon ke sath corporate karne ka bilkul man nahi karta hai but if they are on higher position to aapko unke samne aapko jhukana hi padega not because aap jhukana chahte ho, its just because aapke pass itna power nahi Hai, aap unke level se abhi niche ho to vo aapke sath kaisa bhi treatment kar sakte hai yah wali thinking ke sath log aapko rakhte Hai

man cooperation is also both sided.You compromise some and they comprise some too! That how it works.If you are compromising stuff alone i don't think you will ever be able to co-operate. Better you tell them about how to make something good out of cooperation.Shsre your opinion and logics.see what happens next

yes exactly @lord cooperation was from both the side if you are only cooperating then it will never work..... corporation dono side se agar ho to jyada Bahatr Hai otherwise aap apni Puri strength se work karte rah jaaoge and second person will not be happy with your work

@manik everything is not book.... yes books will help you in guidance but I have my own experience with trial and error process so..... main bhi aapki hi tarah thi jab mujhse koi kuch kahta tha aur main dar ke baith jaati thi ki main retaliate na karun uski vajah se Maine life mein bahut decisions aise Hai jinko main Aaj Tak regret Karti hu so I will only suggest you that agar kuch galat ho raha hai aapke samne ya aapke sath to please uske liye retaliate kariye, fight back kariye because it's your life and you will regret your decisions later aur regret se bada guilt koi life mein nahi hota hai "ki aap kya kar sakte to use moment per"..... I know it's so long process up ek Raat mein apna personality nahi change kar sakte but I will suggest you to at least try to fight back because calm nature wale logo se log bs kaam nikalwate Hai.. 😅
