try to engage yourself with other stuff like playing games, dancing watch a movie or going for a walk talking to others
than try medication or cry it will help cry for a while and clear your mind or just say that thoughts and write in a paper and throw it will help I hope❤️

no, you should not take any medicine. See I am also a person who overthinks and cry at night but I am trying my best to counter it. by being myself not caring about what others say about me, I have understand that if someone really cares about u than he or she will always be your side so be yourself and try to be happy I know it is difficult but at least try
