Hey, I'm 19 and I still feel that I'm being incapable of handling stuff. Everything I do I quit easily, may be I'm too lethargic or lazy, nd I feel much depressed about myself. Let it be anything- excercise, my meds or a plan or my aim, I plan really well and I perform to my full and just like that I'll quit in few day (may be 4 th day) I really want to be consistent but don't know how. Please help me out.
