Same with me. But try to take it as a lesson while you were in depression you learnt many things. Now you know the importance of time ⌚. Try to medidate and do things you like. I know this isn't easy but slowly slowly everything will be alright give time to yourself ❤

If you waste your time in guilt, later you will regret wasting this time. Let bygones be bygones. Live in the present. I know it's easier said than done, yet start with small. I hope that it helps:)
