i have ignored everything that happened to me...the little things and the big things.... people always told me other people have it worse...you need to get over it...i listened to them...i ignored it...i dealt with my anxiety and panic attacks, never told anyone because they told me having these made me weak and vulnerable and how will someone so weak survive in this world? but now i have reached a point where I can't ignore it anymore....I'm done...i need help...
