my mom has a victim mentality because of that she always thinks that everyone is in fault except her self she always love to scream at me or say bad things to me for no specific reason at all (this is my first time using this app so I just wanted to share this it be nice if I can talk to someone that relate to me or not)

girl the only advice I have for you is don't bother even if it's hard my mom does the same thing if I try explaining my actions she will take it as me being disrespectful fine happiness in anything istg oh and my mom also starve me so if she does that to you 🤦🏽‍♀️ get someone you trust please they will give you the motivation deal with it and move forward 🤷🏽‍♀️

don't attach yourself to mom simple...don't take emotionally ...just listen to her and what you can really manage do it....rest leave it try to keep your peace of mind ...never be in wrath of people in general...
