Hey, i can understand. it's the same case with me. idk if protein powders help, but try banana peanut butter milkshake every morning. Focus on calorie intake. No matter what I do nothing works for me either, but i think the banana peanut butter shake will help

Take one/two bananas, add 2 tbsp peanut butter (you can even make it at home), add a glass of milk. Now blend all three and a delicious shake is ready! Hope this helps..
