sharing an incident, I recently spoke to someone about my social anxiety, mental breakdown and academic stress, I don't like talking to people about it usually but I still tried to open up, the response I got was "its not a big deal, you are overreacting", I would like to request everyone reading this , do not invalidate someone else's issues or try to compare them to yours , everyone's fighting a battle in silence, it takes nothing to be kind , supportive and empathetic
