i am average student at studies but i am really good at sports, I want to be an athelete but my mother and grandparents doesn't sport me at all, not only them most of people around me think sports aren't for girls. My father said I can join competitions but i am not allowed to leave home and their is no coach for athletic in our school and without coach they don't allow us to practice then how am i suppose to win race without practice. Not only that i am also really good at drawing, i usually draw sports related drawings. All the people around me expect for my bestfriend says girls shouldn't draw these things. Just what is wrong if a girl like sports.

The next time someone tells you - 'girls can't do this, girls can't do that' tell them to do some research and gather some information before speaking rubbish. If u are interested in sports then u should persue a career in sports, if its drawing that interests you then go for it. When your passion becomes your profession then the satisfaction that you get is beyond everything. Now if your parents don't support you then you must try to convince them. If it works then well and good but unfortunately if it doesn't then I would suggest you to go for something else for the time being and once you gain financial independence, jump back and rise above chasing your dreams. There are many you have reached the peak of success without  family support.....Over time your family may also get adapted to the situation and accept your choice.
