i mean happiness is a concept with very personal definition doing what you think is right and can make you happy is key

everytime I try to be happy or be happy , there's something that hits me so hard next which seems my happiness is never really my thing.

i mean i think it might be a bit pesimistic but i think that one person can't be happy without making someone sad and i also think that everyone deserves to be happy and no deserves to be sad but we can't have both everyone are responsible and entitled to their happiness and there is no reason for you to feel bad about it
