take a deep breath before you have to go and tsay to yourself that you are gonna have a great time and see a lot of new things meet new people find out about other cultures... i know there is no place like home but travelling is so exciting. So try eith breaths if it helps go to the bathroom look in the mirror and convince yourself that you are gonna have a great time and try travelling with a good friend of yours so you don't feel alone.
