try listening to the type of music which calms you like white noise-rain sounds,thunder or classical piano it works for me☺️

everyday try a little to go out and do a small task on your own.... in the beginning take someone with you.... and do little things like when going to shop ask for the things you beed by yourself..... whenever you go out try to take things in your hand.... just do it slowly and little by little don't exert yourself..... you'll be fine soon....
