I think it's always good to take things one day at a time. I suffer from depression too and what helps me continue is to make small goals per day, they don't have to be extraordinary things, it can even be as having your three meals a day or as shower daily; the point with this is to train your brain to be gentle with yourself and celebrate your (small) achievements. You've got this!
And if you can, seek for professional help! I'm on antidepressants and they have helped me a lot.
