I hate my life everybody hates me I am facing anger issues I hate everybody and I even feel that they hates me I feel even my family hates me I can't tolerate anybody I hate talking of any person to me excluding 2-3 people like my bestie but I hate talking to people I just prefer to stay in my room or do my work alone or to listen music without any interference

first, u have to learn how to love yourself because u are amazing and worth it and  no one can tell u other than this, secondly if u thinking that ppl hate u that means u are surrounded by toxic  ones and it's not your fault that y'all can't get along, about your family, m sure they love u but so many people struggle with showing love and affection but u have to know that deep down they truly care and u mean the world to them don't be hard on urself take it easy try to fix your anger issues relax and be calm, getaway of any source can cause u anger surround urself with good friends, positive energy and funny activities to do
