I have no one to share my depression with. I often feel lonely and I am struggling to keep up with my routine. everything keeps messing up. I dont know what to do. I want someone to understand my emotions and I need a guidance how to cope up with everything and how to be strong even if you are alone or lonely.. please someone help or suggest something. I need someone to talk who understands me.
