I think you should go to near by libraries and study their! and don't overthink dear!! your parents will solve their problems within some time believe me.. by the time you will be fine and your parents too!! so please for now try to calm down yourself.. take time for yourself.. go for walk listen to good music and after some break slowly slowly start concentrating on your studies!! you still have a bright future ahead dear!!! This always happened in my house, and me being the eldest daughter had a hard time dealing with this as well. What I used to do was, close the door to my room and listen to songs while solving questions that don't need my complete attention, like maths for me. When things are more chill, focus on subjects that need more concentration. Try watching YouTube videos of your syllabus. Anything that tunes you out. It seperates you from the chaos and it's a good habit, especially for college where you'll have numerous distractions. Be strong, and believe that things will be alright. :)
